Join us for Car Smash\, an exciting and therapeutic event where you can take out your frustrations in one of the most satisfying ways possible!\nHere’s how it works:\n\n\nStep 1: Write It Down – On April 8 & 9\, you’ll have the chance to write down the things that stress you out on a car (yes\, a real car!). Whether it’s homework\, relationships\, or the daily grind\, get it all off your chest by leaving your mark on the car’s surface.\n\n\nStep 2: Smash It! – On April 10\, come back ready to smash your stress! Armed with a variety of tools\, including sledgehammers\, crowbars\, and bats\, you’ll have a blast taking out your frustrations in a safe\, controlled environment. Feel the stress melt away as you break\, hit\, and smash the car to pieces!\n\n\nCar Smash is the perfect event to let off some steam!\n\nDate: April 8 to 10\nLocation: Parking lots outside the Library\nTime: 9:30am to 3:00pm\n\nWant another way to release stress? Pop by one of our tables from 10:00am to 2:00pm across campus and write a letter to release your stressors. The letters will be used to create an art piece that will be displayed and added to during future Car Smash events!\n\nLet’s smash those worries away!\n\nCollaborative event between SARDP & the School of Trades and Technology\, in partnership with Counselling Services
