Table and Room Bookings
The Students’ Association books all rooms & tables for all recognized student groups. Additionally, the Association is responsible for booking all on-campus tables, whether it’s a polytechnic department, a group of Red Deer Polytechnic students, or a class.
Room and table bookings requests MUST be submitted by 4:00pm the Wednesday prior to your booking. To book, simply complete the applicable form below and submit.
If you are wanting to book a room for a non-student group related activity, please contact Facility Bookings at 403-342-3405.
Notes: All bookings are on a first-come-first-serve basis and classes are priority. It is the responsibility of the group booking a room or table to return the space as you found it. Failure to clean-up the space appropriately may impact your ability to book spaces in the future.
